灵犀日记 用户服务协议

欢迎使用灵犀日记（LxApp）。本协议是您与运营者之间关于使用本应用及相关服务所订立的协议。注册、登录或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意本协议。
一、服务内容
本应用向用户提供待办管理、日记记录、提醒调度、标签分类、附件管理等个人事务管理功能。具体功能以实际版本为准，我们有权根据业务需要进行调整。
二、账号注册与使用
- 您应使用真实、合法的邮箱注册账号，并妥善保管密码；
- 因您自身原因导致的账号泄露、数据丢失，由您自行承担责任；
- 不得利用本应用从事违法违规活动；
- 我们有权对异常账号采取限制、冻结等措施。
三、用户内容与数据
您在本应用中创建的内容（待办、日记、附件等）归您所有。您应保证内容不侵犯他人合法权益。默认情况下，业务数据存储在您的设备本地，请您自行做好备份。
四、会员与付费服务
如后续提供会员或付费功能，价格、权益、退款规则以产品内实际展示为准。未明确公示的收费项目，我们不会向您收取费用。
五、服务变更与中断
因系统维护、网络故障、不可抗力等原因，可能导致服务暂时中断。我们将尽力恢复服务，但不就因此造成的损失承担超出法律规定范围的责任。
六、知识产权
本应用的软件、界面、文档等知识产权归运营者或相关权利人所有。未经授权，不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业目的。
七、隐私保护
我们重视您的隐私，个人信息处理规则详见《隐私政策》。
八、协议变更
我们可能更新本协议，更新后将通过官网或应用内适当方式公布。若您继续使用，即视为接受更新后的协议。
九、适用法律与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商；协商不成的，提交运营者所在地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。

Welcome to LingXi Journal (LxApp). These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator regarding the App and related services. By registering, signing in or using the App, you accept these Terms.
1. Services
The App provides personal productivity features such as todos, diary, reminders, tags and attachments. Features may change with product versions.
2. Accounts
- Register with a lawful email address and keep your password safe;
- You are responsible for account leakage or data loss caused by your own actions;
- Do not use the App for illegal activities;
- We may restrict or freeze abnormal accounts.
3. Your content and data
Content you create (todos, diaries, attachments) belongs to you. You must ensure it does not infringe others’ rights. Business data is stored on your device by default—please back it up yourself.
4. Paid features
If membership or paid features are offered later, pricing and refund rules will be shown in the product. We will not charge for items that are not clearly disclosed.
5. Changes and interruptions
Maintenance, network issues or force majeure may interrupt service. We will try to restore service but are not liable beyond what the law requires.
6. Intellectual property
Software, UI and documentation belong to the operator or rights holders. Unauthorized copying, modification or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and publish them on the website or in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes should first be resolved amicably; otherwise, submit to a court with jurisdiction where the operator is located.
