我们深知个人信息对您的重要性。本政策说明灵犀日记 / LxApp（以下简称「本应用」）如何收集、使用、存储、共享与保护您的个人信息，以及您享有的相关权利。请在使用前仔细阅读。
一、我们收集的信息

二、信息的使用
- 提供、维护和改进本应用的核心功能；
- 完成注册、登录与账号安全校验；
- 生成提醒任务并触发系统通知/闹钟；
- 在必要时与服务器通信（如注册、登录、推送公告、用户反馈）；
- 排查故障、保障服务安全稳定运行。
三、信息的存储
您的待办、日记、附件等业务数据默认保存在设备本地应用私有目录，其他应用无法直接访问。Android 平台支持 SQLCipher 数据库加密。账号注册信息存储于服务端数据库，采用加密与安全哈希方式保护密码。
除非法律法规另有规定，我们仅在实现目的所必需的期限内保留您的信息。
四、信息共享与披露
我们不会向第三方出售您的个人信息。仅在以下情形可能共享或披露：
- 获得您的明确同意；
- 法律法规、司法机关或行政主管部门的强制性要求；
- 为保护用户、公众或我们的合法权益所必需。
五、权限说明
- 网络：访问服务端 API、拉取推送公告；
- 相机/相册/媒体：拍摄或选择图片、视频作为附件；
- 麦克风/录音：录制音频附件；
- 通知/闹钟：发送任务提醒。
您可在系统设置中关闭相关权限，但可能导致部分功能不可用。
六、您的权利
您有权查询、更正、删除您的个人信息，撤回授权，或申请注销账号。申请删除账号及服务器相关数据，请前往 删除账号与数据 页面按说明操作；亦可发送邮件至本政策末尾联系邮箱，我们将在合理期限内处理。
七、未成年人保护
本应用主要面向成年人。若您是未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用，并请监护人阅读本政策。
八、政策更新
我们可能适时修订本政策。重大变更将通过应用内提示或官网公告等方式告知。更新后继续使用即视为您接受修订内容。

This policy explains how LingXi Journal / LxApp (“the App”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information, and the rights you have. Please read it before use.
1. Information we collect

2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain and improve core features;
- Complete registration, sign-in and account security checks;
- Schedule reminders and trigger notifications/alarms;
- Communicate with servers when needed (sign-up, sign-in, notices, feedback);
- Troubleshoot issues and keep services secure.
3. Storage
Todos, diaries and attachments stay in the app’s private on-device storage by default. Android supports SQLCipher encryption. Account data is stored on our servers with password hashing/encryption.
Unless required by law, we keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or disclose it only when:
- You give clear consent;
- Required by law or competent authorities;
- Necessary to protect users, the public, or our legitimate rights.
5. Permissions
- Network: API access and notices;
- Camera / media: capture or choose images and video;
- Microphone: audio attachments;
- Notifications / alarms: task reminders.
You may revoke permissions in system settings; some features may stop working.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or account deletion. Contact us using the email below; we will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Children
The App is intended primarily for adults. Minors should use it with a guardian’s guidance, and guardians should read this policy.
8. Updates
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
